Leadership Roles
At KHP Capital Partners and formerly at Kimpton Hotels and Restaurants, Ken played an instrumental role in overseeing a diverse range of hospitality projects across the United States, including hotels, resorts, restaurants, retail spaces, commercial buildings, multi-family residential complexes, mixed-use developments, new constructions, adaptive reuse/historic renovations, and complex rebranding/repositioning projects.
Foundational Experience
Early in his career at Webcor Builders, Ken gained a solid foundation in commercial building, learning to construct various structure types. He developed a passion for early planning, understanding the critical flow of project information and logistics, and executing complex construction projects.

With a background as a Construction Manager, Contractor, and Superintendent, Bruce has cultivated broad experience across multiple project types. His attention to detail and focus on efficiency support seamless project delivery.
Landmark Projects
Bruce has led the construction of major hospitality and adaptive reuse projects across the country, including the Islander Resort in Islamorada, Baker’s Cay in Key Largo, the Angler’s Hotel in Miami Beach, Hotel Monaco in Pittsburgh, The Gray Hotel in Chicago, and Hotel Allegro in Chicago. We have worked closely with Bruce for many years on some of our most significant projects, including nearly all of our adaptive reuse work and numerous repositioning efforts nationwide. His ability to balance rigorous technical execution with steady leadership makes him a trusted partner on complex, landmark developments.

Ryan has led high-profile hospitality and adaptive reuse developments, including the multi-phased renovation and repositioning of the Islander Resort in Islamorada, Florida; the Bellevue Hotel in Philadelphia; and The Battery, a landmark adaptive reuse project in Philadelphia. Having grown up around construction projects, Ryan brings a lifelong familiarity with the building process, pairing deep technical and logistical understanding with strong financial acumen.
