Bellevue Hotel

KPRC Owner Representative, Hotel Project Executive, Historic Preservation & Rehabilitation

The Bellevue redevelopment transformed a historic landmark into a vibrant, mixed-use destination. The project included a comprehensive commercial office restack to accommodate 153 luxury apartments, alongside an extensive hotel renovation and repositioning that maximized suites and overall key count.  A 100,000-square-foot sporting club was fully modernized and elevated to rank among the premier fitness and wellness destinations on the East Coast.

The historic lobby was meticulously restored to highlight its original grandeur, complemented by the addition of a refined restaurant, an elegant lobby lounge, and a 30,000-square-foot bathhouse. This more than $200 million historic redevelopment leveraged over $24 million in tax credits while carefully preserving and restoring the building’s ornate façade.
