A 14-story historic office building converted into a 293-key luxury hotel, featuring extensive exterior restoration of the historic cornice, windows, and limestone façade. Structural reconfiguration includes a column-free ballroom and a rooftop bar with a retractable skylight, multiple F&B outlets, and significant preservation of interior marble cladding. The project also utilized Historic Tax Credits.
