Set within the iconic The Bellevue Hotel, the new Bathhouse will transform 36,000 square feet into a multi-level wellness destination inspired by the acclaimed Bathhouse concept. Entering through the former Tiffany space, guests will descend into a fully reimagined lower level—once a food court—now dedicated to immersive contrast therapy and restoration.

The experience unfolds across a series of thoughtfully designed thermal environments, including an infrared sauna, traditional dry sauna, and a banya, alongside a steam room and a progression of pools ranging from hot to tepid to cold. Above, an outdoor terrace will offer a pool and sauna, creating a rare urban oasis that blends historic grandeur with modern wellness. A curated concessions area completes the experience, encouraging guests to linger, recharge, and return.
