While at Kimpton Hotels, we played a key role in support of the ground-up development of Eventi, a landmark mixed-use project in the heart of downtown Manhattan. The development brings together a flagship hotel, luxury residential apartments, and curated retail, creating a dynamic, highly activated destination within one of the city’s most competitive and design-forward markets.

Our scope included the conception and execution of a comprehensive food and beverage program, designed to serve both guests and the surrounding neighborhood, alongside versatile meeting and event spaces tailored for everything from intimate gatherings to large-scale functions. We also delivered extensive technical and operational infrastructure, ensuring seamless integration across all components and a consistently elevated guest experience.
