A landmark ground-up development on the Miami River comprising a 54-story, 601-foot tower with luxury hotel accommodations and private residences. While providing program review, we optimized the layout and program resulting in an additional floor of rooms and additional meeting space.  Provided technical services during the project while at Kimpton, supporting the delivery of this high-rise icon in the heart of downtown Miami.
